As part of Digitus’ 2026 governance and operational excellence agenda, the Group has developed and is now actively implementing a comprehensive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Governance Framework across all its entities in the GCC, including Kuwait, KSA, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
This framework establishes a unified, structured, and measurable approach to managing EHS across diverse operations, project environments, and geographies ensuring that every person working under the Digitus banner goes home safely, every day.

It operates through two integrated layers:
- Corporate EHS Committee providing strategic oversight, governance, and executive sponsorship
- Operational EHS Committee driving execution, alignment, performance monitoring, and cross-country collaboration
This structure ensures that safety performance, compliance, and risk management are reviewed regularly, escalated appropriately, and acted upon decisively across the Group.
Leadership-Led, Country-Executed
The framework is chaired at the highest level of the organization, reinforcing a clear tone from the top:
- Corporate EHS Committee, chaired by the Group CEO and supported by senior leaders from Operations, HR, and Legal & Compliance
- Operational EHS Committee Lead, responsible for the Group safety roadmap, monthly reviews, performance dashboards, and corrective action tracking
- Country EHS Representatives, embedded within each market to ensure site-level compliance, incident reporting, and timely closure of corrective action.
This model balances strong central governance with local ownership ensuring consistency across the Group without compromising agility on the ground.
From Policy to Practice

- Standardized EHS policies aligned with ISO standards and local regulatory requirements
- Regular audits, inspections, and emergency response drills
