Digitus Leadership Workshop 2025: Strengthening Our Vision and Powering the GCC’s Digital Future

Digitus recently hosted its 2025 Leadership Workshop at the Courtyard by Marriott in Kuwait City, bringing together our regional leadership teams alongside strategic partners from McKinsey & Company. This full-day session focused on aligning our performance, market strategy, and execution roadmap for 2026 and beyond.

Accelerating Digital Infrastructure Across the GCC

The workshop opened with remarks from our Chairman, Mr. Salim Al-Ozainah, followed by a comprehensive strategic address from our CEO, Mr. Bader Al Rezaihan. As the region rapidly advances its digital transformation priorities, Digitus is enhancing its operating model to deliver scalable, mission-critical digital infrastructure at regional scale.

Introducing Our Expanded Strategic Verticals

As part of our long-term transformation, Digitus unveiled the enhancement of its business structure into five dedicated verticals, each designed to address high-growth digital infrastructure domains:

  • Digitus DC– Delivering complete Data Center design, engineering, build, and commissioning services.
  • Digitus O&M– Providing full lifecycle Operations & Maintenance for mission-critical facilities and infrastructure.
  • Terascale DC – Our EPC Data Center Hyperscale division, purpose-built to deliver large-scale, high-density, hyperscale-ready EPC projects for cloud, AI, and digital economy workloads.
  • Digitus Solutions– Offering end-to-end ICT, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise digital transformation solutions.
  • Digitus Connect – Powering advanced telecom, fiber, and network connectivity across the region.

These verticals form the backbone of Digitus’ next stage of growth — positioning us as a regional leader in full-stack digital infrastructure delivery.
